Ok, so 38...........what do I do now? (music)  Let's start from Philly, maybe we will make some headway there, since Philly is the birthplace of tons of good things!  Born and raised in Phlia Pa. to Tom and Pat. My father was the son of a preacher man, but he didn't find that wonderful cliche of a fact out until a few weeks before he died himself (this is already too much)! All in all, my dad was a good dad. I mean, he had his flaws, and what dad doesn't? He did all he knew how to take care of us, until living with my mother became WAY too much stress for the both of them to handle. My mother. Pat McLendon. (music) Otherwise known as" Patsy." Great lady! And thank God she is still alive and kicking! She grew up in a very dysfunctional family, but goodness could they sing!!!! Elder Goldwire McLendon and Ruth were at the helm. As a matter of fact, my grandfather, after all these years has finally acquired a record deal with a major label! We are all very proud of him.  Back to my mother! She is an amazing singer as well - and when I say amazing, I mean AMAZING! Best alto voice I have ever heard. In addition to that, my mom, and dad too, despite the fact that they didn't work out, were good at one thing......loving my siblings and me, and best of all, giving us Jesus.
So, I'm now 13 and living in Ga. with my mom and siblings. Life was great there! (music)  I really started to get more and more interested in music and singing....I mean, that's all we really ever knew growing up. My parents sang all the time! If it wasn't at church, it was with my grandparents!

Let me pause and say this, I don't think I would have made it this far if God hadn't given me music.......but am I as good as momma said? We'll see....

p.s.
I'll finish this later - I'm hungry now.
